Can I adjust the needle for depth?
Yes, you can! You just have to twist the lower half and, even though you may feel that it is unscrewing the machine, we promise that it still works as it should!
Does it shutdown automatically?
Yes, The machine will automatically turn off if it is idle for 180 seconds, and it is equipped with short-circuit protection. In the event of overload, the circuit will automatically turn off the power supply. To restart, press and hold the power switch for a long time.
Is this autoclavable?
Yes, but just the grip part only. Keep in mind the heat should not be more than 249.8 F and 2 bars pressure only. Please remove it from the driver part and the motor when for autoclave.
Is an RCA cord included if the wireless battery dies mid-session?
The RCA is not included since the machine is fully wireless and with built-in battery. You gonna have to re-charge the battery with the Type-C cord that is included until it is fully charged.
What voltage should a tattoo machine work at?
When doing line work, best practices indicate that you should run your machine at 7.5-8.5 Volts. When shading, 8-10 Volts is what most artists prefer.
How do you insert the needle cartridge?
Simply insert the cartridge into the designated spot and then rotate 45° clockwise to lock it. Tug on the cartridge to test its stability before using. If it doesn’t budge or come out of the machine altogether, then you're good to go!
What is the maximum charging hours?
The average charging hours to be fully charged is 2.5 hrs but to maximize the 12 hours working hours. It can be charge up to 3 hrs for maximum battery life.
